Wanted to get a piece of jewellery for my girlfriend for Christmas, wasn’t sure exactly what to get. I went to Phelans after it being recommended. Natalie was amazing and so very helpful in helping me pick something. She was very knowledgeable and it was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the more well known jewellers. If you want a quality unique piece that will last a lifetime, I would highly recommend Phelans.

So happy I discovered Phelan's Jewellers. The expertise of all the staff along with the excellent customer service makes the experience of buying jewellery extremely special .Their bespoke service is particularly special - I asked Simon Phelan to design and create a necklace to match a ring I had, I was thrilled with the result - so much so that I subsequently asked him to design and create a matching bangle. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to purchase jewellery. I will definitely be visiting them again.

Having had fantastic service from them before and especially the fact that their after care far exceeds any other jewellers I have been to I decided to create a bespoke ring for my girlfriend during lockdown. I cannot fault their service; they were extremely helpful and completely exceeded all of my expectations, especially during these unprecedented and difficult times. They guided me through all of the design options and made sure the ring was exactly how I wanted. My girlfriend was over the moon with how the ring turned out and I cannot recommend them enough.

Honestly the best service ever given. We've brought my engagement ring and our wedding rings from them and the service was outstanding. They make you feel so welcomed the second you walk though the door. Great family atmosphere.
