Jim was excellent. Very friendly, very conscientious, and very concerned with making sure I received exactly the right kind of service. He went out of his way and stayed to fix any extra problems I had. He really went above and beyond to isolate unwanted sounds from within the piano. He said he’ll come back on a couple of weeks as well for an after-tuning checkup for no extra cost. Would highly recommend.
