Park conjures a vision of green spaces, picnic areas, good views and suchlike. This place is not one of those. It's an old quarry. Has some cycle trails, that are rarely used. Most people who use its dark and shadowy area are dog walkers.

Pickering Castle & Pickering appear to be nice rural places with charm, however it is an absolute joke to call a muddy hole and a short trail done in moments, a MTB park! Luckily Dalby Forest is nearby in car! You won't be amused for a BMX track substitute that isn't fun to ride, and a woods track for dogs with a few drops/verts. Total waste of time unless you are a local with moments to spare and reminisce of much better places to go & ride.
