We have been working with Laura for almost a year now, and she has been a great asset to our business. After an employee left we decided to try using a VA to take on our admin tasks rather than hire another member of staff, and it has been a great decision. Laura carries out regular tasks for us and our clients, and it is reassuring to know that these are always done properly and on time without us having to think about them. She has even made recommendations on how we could improve some of our processes. She is a very quick learner and has had no problem getting to grips with the many different systems and processes that we use, which has meant that she has also taken on some technical tasks as well as admin.
