*Former colleague at Pinnacle* Pinnacle Caring Services is a fantastic company to work for, I was truly gutted when my time working for them came to an end! This company prides itself on colleague wellbeing and believe that if the workers feel unsupported and unappreciated that the care provided will suffer, and so unlike other companies Pinnacle really do form exceptional relationships with each of their colleagues. The management team are second to none, the office has an open door policy and they are never too busy to listen to any concerns and are always available via phone should you need any advice or additional support with a client. Pinnacle provide training to all colleagues and a carer will shadow somebody until they feel confident to go it alone, however this rarely takes long as the clients are amazing and make you feel so comfortable with them and in their homes, I developed so many genuine connections with my clients that I didn’t even feel like I was at work when I was on shift. Pinnacle are very flexible with their Rotas, and will offer as little or as many hours as you require. Of course, like any caring service unforeseen circumstances may sometimes lead to you being asked to pick up extra calls, however you are never made to feel that you have to. The care provided to our clients is amazing, we care from our hearts, and every colleague that works for Pinnacle provides care to the clients as if they are our own family. This really makes the company special, and is shown through the way our clients love us back and that in itself is so rewarding! Overall this is an exceptional family to be apart of, both staff and clients are brilliant and I completely miss working alongside them!
