Great time for my little girl after lockdown! Lovely softplay with very well maintained indoor toys! Also the place is clean and respect all Covid-19 regulations and the staff is trained accordingly. There are 3 levels in the soft play and 3 different slides which the kids loved. The food menu is good and have also a vegetarian option! Great time for little ones! We will come back soon!

We visited Jungle monkeyz soft play during school half term, the place was spotless clean, all staff were wearing masks and gloves. We ordered kids menu and burgers, food was tasty, hot and fresh. I was pleased to know that it's 25% discount for all food orders. The session last for 1.5 hour. Place has got a big free parking as well. I would recommend this place.
This is a lovely venue w an excellent play area, but ultimately hard to recommend for kids less than three. It’s pretty understaffed and large kids will run roughshod over the areas meant for toddlers and babies meaning younger kids will struggle to have fun. There simply aren’t enough employees to supervise. Perhaps on weekdays during school terms when older kids are in classes it might be more appropriate.
We took our two children during the Covid October half term and they really enjoyed it. Our guide, 'Minty' was fantastic and the service overall was just as good. We felt for them, in so much as it was only us who enjoyed the experience, whereas ordinarily there would have been up to three other families. Pizzas for lunch were also very nice. Would absolutely recommend, particularly during these odd times when no doubt every booking helps.
Clean and well staffed. There is always someone behind the till and someone hovering nearby the play area. Food is good quality and there is 25% off hot food mon-fri. The new restrictions means you need to book in advance which is ideal as there aren’t too many kids in one session and there is plenty of space to see your kids playing inside. It’s always difficult if adults decide to follow their kids inside the play area as it means other parents feel the need to be inside to keep an eye on their kids and before you know it, the small play area is full of adults. Toilets always clean and a really good variety of hot drinks and snacks. There is free parking on site, step free access into the softplay area and strollers are not allowed inside the soft play room.

Decent size soft play area. My son has enjoyed a lot there. It has charged me 8.00 on Saturday and it was very busy as well.
Worst customer service ever, very unhelpful and unprofessional. I’ve been going there for 3 years and have spent a lot of money on every visit but I will never ever go there again. I booked for my family to go there and unfortunately one of the kids was not feeling well so I called Jungle monkeys to cancel well In advance and spoke to the manager. I must say I have never ever come across someone who is so unprofessional and rude and not willing to help at all and not care about customers who have been there every week for 3 years. They are so eager to take your money but so rude and nasty when it comes to cancel or reschedule because someone is not feeling well. The owner called us and Threatened because we did a charge back from the bank and started being so rude over the phone. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COSTS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO APPRECIATES YOUR CUSTOM SHOCKING EXPERIENCE
