Went to view their "Niu" range of electric scooters. The guy was patient, informative, very warm and friendly and gave us a lot of his time. Couldn't fault him. However, I've dropped from a five to a four star review as not being able to test ride the bikes was an issue for me and has lead me elsewhere (where test riding was encouraged) to purchase my scooter.

Took my bike in for the fitment of a lextek alarm. In which they remove the front headlight for no reason and also somehow bent the bracket where my ignition barrel attaches resulting in me not being able to apply the steering lock. when i dropped the bike off i applied the steering lock so it was working perfectly fine before they touched it!

Picked up my Kawasaki Z1000 today and couldn't be happier. The whole experience of buying at Pioneer has been first class and without any pressure at all. I was part exchanging my Honda 600 which was appraised properly which i always like to see as i know the bike im buying will have been checked out properly to. Great selection of bikes to choose from plus clothing and accessories and a workshop on site plus a proper mug of tea or coffee. ( thanks Benson ) A big well done and thank you to Steve and all his team at Pioneer Motorcycles for a job well done and a very happy customer ...
