Fact Finder

Toilet flush button arrived promptly. 6 months later it broke - contacted Pipescenes who replaced the part without question along with suggestions on why the part failed and how to stop it happening again. Where else can to get that sort of service. Top marks Pipescene - well done. Highly recommended.

After looking around many alternative Bathroom Suppliers, Pipescenes have by far the best choice and quality, coupled with fantastic customer service. Their new show room provides you with great ideas, of which there are many different styles to suit all tastes and their design service is superb - it was so useful to have a computer generated plan and image of what my new ensuite would look like. I also purchase my tiles from them, which were matched perfectly with the units I had chosen with the budget I had specified being taken in to account throughout the process and all the goods were delivered straight to my door personally by a member of their staff. My plumber was also able to purchase all the fittings that were required for the job from their trade counter. Nothing is too much trouble at Pipescenes - go and have a look for yourself!

Good customer service on the phone and in the showroom whilst looking for a new bathroom suite. The trade counter also had the spares I needed for my toilet and I noticed they do swimming pool consumables so I will use them for this in the future. ***** 5 Stars!!!

I have spend well over 10,000 with this company for my two new bathrooms. Two products where ordered and sent to me incorrectly yet I have been unable to get a full refund due to an issue with the packaging even though the product its self is in perfect condition. Having to reorder the items again has cost me hundreds of pounds. I feel completely let down and disappointed by the service. I would understand if the items were damaged or returned used but this is not the case. I am also very unhappy how I am having to pay for the mistake they have made in ordering the wrong products.
