The location of this studio is very unfortunate to many residents living here. It is a nest for regular disruption and antisocial behaviour. There should be strict measures in place including a security service patrolling the area at night. To prove my words - 21:49 on 11 Aug 2020. Gathering of young men, loud music coming from cars, dancing on the street. Police just arrived. Again.

Absolutely amazing!! staff always on the end of the phone to help, and exceptional value for money!!! clean and well serviced studios, and equipment always working perfectly in my experience there. so much so, i now have set aside a weekly budget to ensure my time is spent accordingly .....

Pirate studios is always great. It's so easy to use as you get door codes and they are open 24 hours. The open live recording is a great feature. I've never had any problems with the gear and the rooms are pretty nice. Will continue to use them for sure and would highly recommend.

Great rehearsal rooms, with most closed in Croydon, this was a great find. Well equipped rooms, easy load in - though maybe a trek to your actual room. Kitchen and toilet areas clean. Room fitted with a/c and heating, neat and tidy. Might be a squeeze for bigger bands, but a definite thumbs up from me!

Noise nuisance. People using Pirate Studios don’t realise that every sound they make by their cars echo around the whole development. They congregate outside and blast music from their cars whilst squealing and chatting to each other. It literally a daily occurrence from 9pm-3am. Residents can’t open their windows in the Summer due to the noise. Police have attended on numerous occasions due to Anti-Social behaviour and this establishment is still allowed to continue with no staff to monitor its use. Appalling, why did Croydon Council give planning permission in a residential area and why are the owners not listening to complaints ??!!

Refreshing to see a clean, secured, well equipped studio! I'm in a rock band and the room I was in had a nice "dry" sound - meaning you can hear every note and beat. Great for tightening up!

Pirate studios is awesome ! Great place, Great equipment. Unfortunately there is only one thing that is annoying. Not everyone is as respectful and some times the rooms are not looked after too well and some times it is a bit unclean. However call or send a message and the staff are very helpful and will get any issues resolved asap. !
