Great service from the Pisa team, quick turnaround of our coping stone order. Can’t fault the customer service - including navigating a power cut! Basalt copings are nice product with natural variations adding to interest.

This was followed, after several days, by a phone call to check if I had received the sample - their call was very helpful and courteous with absolutely no pressure to buy.
