Ordered 2 pizzas from here this evening, both without garlic on, once received garlic all over the pizza, called the branch to be told although they had made a mistake they are understaffed and thus cannot deliver for at least a minimum of 2 hours. When I said this was unacceptable I was told to contact HR. This is all good and well customer service is at best pathetic, however when you have 2 kids who want pizza after already waiting 1 hour, 2 hours won't surfice. In conclusion go to domino's.
Took my money lied about the delivery times and never showed up Told me time and time again it was on its way then stopped answering the phone. Awful service what a joke of a place.
Pizza came on time but the crusts were like cardboard, there was barely any veg on it and they get us the wrong ice cream which we can't eat due to it containing wheat when we ordered the one that was gluten free. We only just checked now to see it was the wrong ice cream because we didn't assume you could mess up that up but always nice to be surprised
Delivered to me three times during social distancing. 1st delivery was cold and driver didn't follow social distancing measures. I phoned up and the manager told me that he would recook the order and personally deliver it. This time was lovely and hot. Today's delivery all social distancing measures adhered to lovely food. This has become a bit of a weekly tradition. We are a large family with fussy eaters and never have any waste.
