I phoned my order in at 550 pm. 2 scampi and chips .. simple! Had to phone four times before food was delivered. Got numerous excuses about the driver not responding. Said they would redo my order three times When my food actually turned up so t was cold and over cooked. I was told over the phone on the third occasion that my food would be free of charge. When it was actually delivered the driver was abusive and threatening. I would never recommend the use of this establishment
Order two kebabs and burger and chips for my son. When the order came my sons order turned up as a kebab and chips. was very rude on the phone when I asked for a burger to be deliverd as the delivery was wrong. Didnt want to eat my food till my son got his as felt bad for him his food was not here. Had to wait another 40mins for his burger after waiting a good hour from our first phone call. Delivery driver was friendly and apologetic but the person on the phone was very rude.
The food is very good and it's fall you up
