Normally pick the food up as only half a mile away but ordered this time as being lazy.. took a while to come and had to ring a couple of times but was refunded 5 as a gesture of good will which was nice.. Next time I'll go back to picking up as the food is well worth it.. always really very good and never had a bad meal...
