I really enjoyed working and coming to this venue. Great staff and management! The hockey games were a blast! The atmosphere of game days are unlike anything! Really happy with the 2 year I spend working at planet ice!

Wrap up warm to watch the Ice Hockey. Parking is OK but takes ages to get out. Getting in the venue itself was easy. They just scanned our E-Tickets and we were straight in. Plenty of fast food type place to eat and enough bars in and around the Rink. Friendly atmosphere and plenty of children around for ice hockey.
Was meant to post last month, excellent service from Planet ice in Coventry! My boyfriend (now fiancè) planned our engagement in complete secrecy with the help of the management! I had no idea! We were given 15 minutes on the ice alone after the session, with my partners choice of song all made personal by the manager. He also captured this precious moment for us and I could not have asked for a more amazing proposal. Thank you Planet Ice Coventry for assisting in this day!
Not impressed at all. Daughter was supposed to have a 3 day course. As a complete beginner was just left to struggle to skate from 1 side of the rink to the other when it was obvious she wasn't ready to do so. 5 minutes into lesson 1 she fell and hurt her arm and couldn't return to take up the remainder of the course. Lessons clearly only for those the instructor can be bothered with helping and can skate already which defeats the object even though it was sold as for beginners. That was with a smaller than usual group of only 3 participants. The result being daughter has had confidence badly knocked and doesn't want to skate again.
Good covid safety regulations, plenty to do and have fun
