I did like the place but stopped going there after I got 100 parking fine (even though I paid for it). Unfortunately I didn't keep the ticket to prove it. I had two witnesses and tried to make the appeal twice. My appeals were rejected and needed to pay the fine.

Spontaneous decision to go there as never have been on ice neither my 6yrs old. Well what an experience, thank you to the staff on ice as well as 'Ice community' as end of the day I found out they not a staff members. They literally took care of my little one and gave some good tips whilst I was trying to work out how to not fall off. Can't thank them all enough-saved our disastrous experience! However place itself is not in good state and really need upgrading, as main focus facilities! Also weren't impressed with parking process...

I learnt to skate here 30 years ago! Friendly staff, not too expensive and really impressed that they resurfaced the ice half-way through a public session. Bad points: locker machines don't appear to accept new 1 coins. Parking Pay Meter isn't co-located with the car park. The venue needs some investment. It's run-down and really would be a shame if Peterborough were to loose it.

Staff helpful and friendly. Place itself is a bit rundown. Costs are a bit of a ripoff. You pay separately for the skating, then add on the skate hire, carparking (can't believe the cheek for this) and a locker. It all adds up. Don't think we'll bother going here again.

Went to planet ice in Peterborough and it was awful. There was a group of “Karen’s” who was staring at me and girlfriend and my mate making us feel uncomfortable the whole time which made me not want to go on the ring because I’m socially awkward. Also the sons of these “Karen’s” were also doing the same thing. When i went to leave I asked where the toilets are 2 times but both times I got answered with a rude “what” not what I expected if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Also some people weren’t following the coronavirus rules
