Thanks Plans4Less team for your effort to get me planning permission. I used plans4less to do my property extension in Chingford and get planning for a new dwelling in my garden. They advised me on telephone to split the application in to so if one get refusal it will not have impact on the other application. This is exactly what happened one was objected by neighbors but I got the first one approved, then Plans4Less did extensive negotiation and in the end we achieved permission for both. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to others. Mrs Bal is very experienced and has good contact in the council. The officer also cooperated well. I was little bit frustrated in the begining with objections from neighbors etc but Mrs Bal knew exactly how to deal with the situation and she managed it very well. I am pleased with Plans4Less service so happy to give 5star rating here.
