Poor service reported by other reviewers continues. Ordered a perspex screen to protect my Secretary at her desk from the Covid 19 risk. Screen arrived poorly packaged with the corner broken ! Their 'system' must have photographs before any action. So a replacement was ordered. This arrived with plastic bits falling out of the packaging. So was rejected. The next replacement was also broken on the corners. Again the need for photographs before any action. So frustrated and disillusioned by the delays and poor service I asked for a refund. So I have been granted a partial refund ! I would never use this company again ever. Don't be deluded by the UK address and website, they operate from abroad and avoid the UK Sale of Goods Laws. Beware !!!!

Not impressed. Because of Covid 19, we knew there would be a demand for plastic screens so we phoned this company to ensure we would get the product as per time stated, well more calls to them, unhelpful, the product arrived a week later bent and damaged, we did get a refund but found the whole experience very poor, also found the same product for half the price with other companies.
