Plumstead Runners have been amazing. I joined the club as a way to kick start a healthier lifestyle and I’ve never looked back. The club is known as “the friendly club” and you can certainly see why. From the first session I joined everyone made me feel welcome and part of the family. My fitness has gone from strength to strength and I can’t thank everyone at the club enough. I gained some great friends and have had so much fun! If you are not sure if running is for you, come and give it a try, we don’t bite, and I promise everyone will make you feel welcome. And on the flip side if you are a seasoned runner and want to get in a few extra runs throughout the week, come and join the Plums, we cater for all
I run with the club on Monday and Wednesdays as a social run. Its local to my work so easy to get to and the team are great!
