I ordered a rose quartz necklace from CraftMoor on Etsy in December 2019. The price was incredibly reasonable and the necklace arrived exactly as the pictures and description portrayed it - perfect in shape, weight, material and finish. Just over a year later, the quality has remained. Customer service was brilliant. I had placed the order with the normal necklace chain so contacted the seller as I actually wanted the waxed bootlace chord. I explained and asked about cancelling my order and reordering it (to pay the charge for the new chord). Instead, the seller said that my necklace with chain had already been dispatched and that they had instead sent the waxed bootlace chord separately to me as well for free. Very generous, thank you.

Great authentic products and 10/10 customer service. I ordered some palo santo wood from CraftMoor and I had some questions about the wood so I phoned them up and spoke to their owner - he was extremely informative - it is obvious they are incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and passionate regarding their products. They have been in this business for a long time so they know the best products to order in etc. In trying to keep this review short - I'd recommend this company based on their excellent genuine products backed up by their first-hand research alongside their all-round amazing service, also they do not overcharge like so many similar companies choose to do. Thanks again, I'll definitely be ordering more products from you guys :)

I ordered 4 different types of incense sticks and only got 1. I love the quality and scent of this one but I was wondering where the other ones are? The invoice says they are supposed to be together. My order number is 108876. Thank you in advance to anyone that can help

My friend bought 24 crystals via ebay for me for 9.99 and I'm overwhelmed by the size and the quality. Beautiful stones, beautiful colours. In my local spiritual shop they would have cost over 25. I recommend anyone to purchase these as you won't be disappointed.
