Ordered at the weekend, order confirmed Monday, everything delivered Tuesday. Cannot fault them, they explained the process over the phone for delivery and confirming payment. They're taking Covid-19 very seriously as well, the delivery was unloaded quickly, paper work posted through the letter box. Thanks guys

The advert on Heart radio says that they have a very quick delivery,all seems great when you order on line you receive a very prompt reply which lists your requests and a line that says that you will be contacted within a couple of days. After many phone calls and messages left of which they never returned after 7 days I finally got through to someone and the order was finally prossessed and delivery was 4 days later. This week after building a lovely deck I needed 3 more boards I went to the site paid for them and went home to find that my invoice says 3mtr. lengths only to find that they had given me 2.4 I asked if they could deliver the right size to be told that they will not deliver ,even as it was there fault which meant that I had to drive out there again to change them over not even an apology. Never to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

After ordering wood on their website, had a reply saying they would contact me within 2 days to arrange payment and delivery. 3 weeks later after hearing nothing, I phoned them up and enquired about my order, and was told they would find my order and phone me back. Never heard from them again, not a good way to do business. Ordered the wood from Willow Timber, and it was delivered in 2 days.
