Refused me a property due to my outgoings? Makes no sense as I now live in another social housing property and I have no financial issues, my property is clean and tidy, bills are paid on time. No wonder there's a rising homeless issue if pch are going to refuse people based on their financial assessment. You're a social housing landlord your priority is meant to be helping people not refusing them housing that they need. Appalling service.

Have been on hold for an hour now. Im locked out, I know my fault, but i have been on hold for 20mins then you cut me off...then on hold for 18 mins then cut off. Now on my 3rd try 25 mins on hold and still stood outside in my pjs....thank goodness i dont have a leak.
