Initially, I wasn't certain what type of roof windows I needed and was glad to find a knowledgeable staff member to guide me through the selection process. That being said, everyone is great at the sales stage. I think the only way you can truly judge how good a company is, is when you have a problem. Unfortunately, one of the windows had a crack in it. I had expected a fight when calling to inform the company of this but instead was greeted with apologies and a very suitable response from a lady who explained she would do everything she could to get a replacement to me ASAP. This was arranged for the very next day! Very great service, even with a problem.

Used them once, never again. Very charming on the phone but, it seems to me that they will say anything to get your business. They promised next day delivery on an item but didn't bother to dispatch it until the end of the following day. I should have bought locally.
