I came to Ultrasound Direct Plymouth for an early scan and I couldn’t recommend it more. It was the perfect first experience to see our little one and I’m so glad we did this before our 12 week NHS scan. We have a QuickAssure scan booked where we hope we can find out the gender and I just can’t wait to go back. Very relaxed environment and we were treated brilliantly from reception to the scan room. Good covid restrictions in place and they’ve done an amazing job at not letting that take anything away from your experience on the day. I will definitely be booking in a 3rd scan here should we feel the need.

Super friendly staff - Got to know at 163 the gender of my baby. Very grateful to all staff and especially Lindsay my sonographer for today who was amazing and made everyone (as we were a big group) feel very welcome. Even got some 3D images printed - Thank you :) x

Unfortunately we received bad news at our scan in the Plymouth clinic however Helen the sonographer was absolutely fantastic and was so kind and caring. Helen even rang our local hospital and arranged an appointment for me later that day. We could not have asked for more.
