Never understood that they just drop and leave it outside ya property.... thought they might of helped as I'm a female . Instead just blocked me path till I got help. Also when I rang to ask of this was normal I was met with a very rude boy on the phone . So not happy with service should of been made clear and as for the staff wow ... they need to employ better.

the staff seem friendly but they are advertising for hgv drivers and they never get back to people. Part of the pallex contract is shared anyway the other operator in Mansfield is better
