Our bathroom and kitchen taps recently started to leak so we called in to Pochin to see if they could help. The chap at the trade counter was very helpful and supplied us with replacement tap cartridges which worked out considerably cheaper than buying new taps. The service was very good - so much so that when we look to replace our bathroom suite, we will certainly be going back!

Easy & friendly to deal with. Ed & Miles on the trade counter regularly go out of their way to ensure goods are delivered on time and in a satisfactory condition. Wouldn't use anyone else locally.
Pochin Oakham are always my first port of call for all my plumbing materials, Ed and Miles are always friendly and efficient on the trade counter and Ed’s knowledge, (due to being a plumber previously) on advising on products available to work on certain jobs is really useful when needed. Luigi in the showroom is also very helpful and happy to advise on the best products to suite each job to suite my customers budget. I always recommend Pochins Oakham to my customers
We are having our house renovated and needed some radiators and towel rail ... the manager really helped by explaining what I would need ... also giving us all options ( not just the most expensive ) . Even offered to deliver ... both staff members were very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommended will certainly shop there again .
This is by far the best Pochins branch in the country. Miles will go out his way to help you out. Lou is very knowledgeable with his bathrooms and Ed is just Ed what more can I say!! Great team and a pleasure to deal with!!
