We have just started a new business and its slow building up having to deal with all the calls. Now at least we have a proffesional call answering service. I made the decsion early, but it makes you fell like a big enterprise, but most importantly we do not miss calls when we are busy. I would say its probably the clearest good quality choice I have made.I have total respect to the ladies answering the phones. They are great.
