If Police Scotland really works here to enforce the law, why have they not done something to the parking scam at Kinnoull Street Multi Storey Parking? I was helped by a friendly staff to underpay my parking ticket as the parking system conveniently was out of order. Price: 60 for 10 min parking! Cases like these has even been to the Scottish Parlament, but still nothing happens! This is a disgrace to the law!
