Greeted by a lovely member of staff also asked me numerous of times if i was ok after my treatment...cant fault them for getting me in quickly and extracting my tooth...only give 4 starts because I was told on the phone it was 133 to end up paying 230...for one tooth extracting...

Only joined recently and i have to say although they are having a lot of problems with the electrics in the building and have on two occasions had to cancel my appointment . I would still recommend they are friendly and professional they explained everything before giving the treatment .
Phoned up for an emergency appointment for my son must say very well organised in these uncertain times he saw namrata who as usual was fantastic with him always very pleasant and patient with him even though he can be a bit of a pain would recommend highly
Thank you to the whole team for making our daughters Christmas become magical. The staff made our family more than welcome on our last visit. The team interacted well with our girls playing elf ‘knock knock’ which made our visit much more pleasurable. The team had really raised the bar creating reindeer dust, wrist bells to believe, colouring and the opportunity for children to ask Santa what they wished for. To top it off our girls received letters back from Santa (Bupa Dental) they were absolutely over moon !!! The team here have really gone above and beyond, fantastic!! Thank you
Myself and my two children visited Pontefract Bupa yesterday (30/10/19) and from stepping inside we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. Our Dentist Kunal Rai was brilliant he put my children at ease and even made them laugh...he explained everything he was doing to them before he did it which I think really helped. Becky who was also in the room with us was also brilliant friendly funny and helpful. These two are a credit to your Practice and I would gladly recommend this dental practice to anyone. Five stars
