If I could rate less, I would. They ignored all of our messages and emails. There was never someone available when we called and never returned calls. We had serious issues with the property we rented through them and they never in two years got it fixed. Repairs being ignored because more damage which we had to pay for. We received multiple aggressive, threatening and goading messages from one agent after leaving the property accusing us of mess and damage that they had left at the property from the previous tenant when we moved in. We also had issues with another agent turning up without letting us know and walking in without even knocking more than once. The lost our house keys and made us pay for and get them replaced.
