The worst customer service on the world!!!! Knowing it is New Years Eve and the wait would be a while I ordered my delivery at 17:20 and was surprised when I was told 1 hour delivery. I called at 19:05 asking how much longer my delivery would be to be told by the lady who answered the phone to wait a minute, I then sat there on my phone listening to her serve 4 people.... She then asked what I wanted and I said I was chasing my order from 17:20, she said one minute again and the served 3 more people before coming back to me saying that it was being cooked next and would be 30 minutes!!! How can something ordered 1hour 45 minutes earlier not be cooked yet when she served 7 customers while I was waiting???? She then had the cheek to scream down the phone \if I want to come and get it myself it will only be 20 minutes !\ It may be good food but with customer service this bad I am definitely eating somewhere else in future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After arriving 1 hour late despite speaking to them twice it was the wrong order so it was sent back. Never again, back to Noble House in Pencoed.
