The food here is great, but the management really need to be better with their customers. We've been customers here for many years and live locally. We had an issue last time where we paid contactless as when we were told on the phone we could we were pleased because it means less contact with covid. Placed an order tonight and asked if we could do this or not three times during the conversation and the person who I wont name because I dont intend to be as disrespectful as I felt treated, told me yes I can. Great, got there and went to tap my card and the person and I can only assume a shift leader came out and proceeded to explain and go on about why they don't like to take contactless and why I shouldn't have asked to do it. I felt like I was in school being told off. Well if you don't accept it no problem but don't lecture customers because your staff member told us you do contactless and you don't like to use it for whatever reasons. I personally feel its safer than providing card details over the phone to people and much quicker. I dont know if they are DBS checked or not and cash means increased risk of Covid and time to provide change. But if as a business you don't like to accept it for whatever reason, probably business reasons.... I would respect that but please don't lecture the customer for something you need to train your staff on. It isn't the first time its happened and I do wonder why we've used you for over ten years when you talk to customers like this. Please try to be better. Thanks.

Very good Chinese. Since renovated after a fire, but much better now. No worries as the still cook the food the same. Also they have a television to watch while you're waiting.
