We have always had all our dogs cremated at petwise. We have always dealt with John who is a lovely caring man. This week we lost two of our dogs . The young lady we dealt with on Tuesday with Max and Lady on Friday was also very kind and caring. But today we had to pick up Lady's ashes and the woman who dealt with us was extremely insensitive and uncaring. She hand over Lady's ashes saying here you are and thanks. No sympathy or compation for our sad loss . Left there very upset and hurt.

My little staffy mooch passed early hours of 12th Oct '19. My nephew rang a few pet cremation places as it was a Saturday and were in Cardiff. Got hold of john who was lovely and I ended up talking to the lovely lady on the phone.within an hour we were here and being taken through it all,no rushing.they may not be as fancy as some I know but the fact they are here when needed and are lovely and more over are human and act so has been more important today! Great service, lovely people, and a truly wonderful swift process.having my baby back next day.happy ,thank you both x

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our Collie Bradley on Monday morning. This was a heartbreaking time and we made a phone call for their availability, they could fit us in that morning. Johnny dealt with us with such compassion and empathy it made the whole process as smooth and as painless as it could be. We then had a phone call the following day saying that we could collect Bradley when we liked. We as a family could not be more grateful that Petwise gave us the closure as smoothly as they did. A very touching tribute to such an amazing friend. Thank you
