10 minutes ago The owner always cribs and complains when we go in to give a parcel. Last week he didnt accept parcel saying to many customers. We have proof many times hes complained about parcel and complained to royal mail and post office head. In fact I know many people who's put in a written complaint about him not accepting parcels. Legally hes not allowed to do that. Waiting to see what the head does about this.

I almost never leave a poor review but this is my 2nd experience of service that left me feeling dreadful. A while ago I was given as change an old 1 that was no longer legal and didn't realise until I got home. Today after a long wait with am armful of snacks I was ignored at the payout by others who had jumped the queue. I don't want to return. The hardware store always treat me well
