We were a bit nervous about using this company as never used them before - but the cost savings of over 200.00 for the quantity we needed versus Post Office prices made sense to go through them. The correct amount of stamps were sent, I checked with the post office that 17p / 17 1/2p stamps were OK to use (as I wasn't too sure if they would accept older stamps even though they looked brand new) - and there were absolutely no issues. Would highly recommend as long as you aren't worried about the images on the stamps. I think it makes the post stand out to customers anyway - and believe they are more likely to open post with stamps on! We paid by BACS and the stamps were delivered the next day, so fast reliable company.

Great company all-around -- I encourage you consider them next time you need to buy stamps and want a price that's better than Royal Mail, here's why: I needed to buy 100 1st class stamps, and another 100 2nd class stamps. Buying these directly from Royal Mail would have meant a cost of 65.00 (incl. VAT) for the 1st class stamps and a cost of 56.00 (incl. VAT) for the 2nd class stamps, for an overall cost of 121. Discounted Stamps sold the same amount of stamps for 98.30, including VAT and registered delivery. Like other reviewers, I was struggling to validate the legitimacy of the Web site based on the overall impression of the Web site design, layout and aesthetics. It sadly looks like a personal hobbyist Web site made for 1999-2001 era, not a business Web site fit for 2017, but if you can ignore that, you'll be pleasantly treated with excellent telephone customer support, and superbly competitive pricing. A look around their site shows they're able to reduce their prices by selling over-stocked stamps, seasonable stamps and excess picture stamps. All of these stamps are still valid and can be used and kept indefinitely, but you'll have to accept that your stamp on your letters may be depicting a Christmas scene or a sports event in the middle of June 2017! I also have experience of speaking to their customer support via telephone, and I can say they provide great prompt help and answer any questions you have, even silly ones posed by me (I thought all stamp types expire -- they don't)! They delivered the stamps the next day, via registered 1st class post, that required a signature. I was charged a very fair price for this quick delivery (1.95).
