The property I was buying was listed with Edwards and I must admit during the whole process they were extremely pro-active liaising between myself and the seller. However, on the date of completion when I went to collect the keys all agents at the office in Ashley Cross were out on viewings and there was no-one available, in fact the office was closed. After all the stress of packing up and waiting for the go-ahead I had to wait until an agent returned. I thought this was inexcusable as they were totally aware of the completion date.
