Not one to leave reviews however this surgery deserves so much more than 3.6 stars. People are always more likely to complain than to post positive news. I have used several GP Surgerys over the years, Evergreen Oak is by far the mosy attentive. Always welcomed with a smile. Nothing is too much hassle. Appointments available within very reasonable timeframes and the doctor's appear to genuinely care. Although my partner was seen by a support/stand in doctor, she was apparently pretty rude. But the permanent doctors have all be great in my experience

I have been so happy with the surgery. The doctors I have seen have been kind, compassionate, my treatment and follow ups have been quick and efficient. I am always spoken to as an individual and never spoken down to. They don't fob you off and always take time to listen. They spotted the signs of a long term condition very quickly which enabled me to begin treatment and reduce symptoms from the beginning. Their quality of care is excellent.
Got a text to say I needed to book a flu vaccine. I did. I then got a text to say it was an error and my appointment has been cancelled. I'm apparently not asthmatic enough to qualify! The fact that my asthma flares up when I'm sick seems to be lost on them.
Excellent surgery ring at 12 for duty emergency to speak on phone which I've used really good and they good at 8.30 most days I've got appoiment that day very nice surgery and pleasant doctors
They tell you to go to the wrong doctors just to mess around with you. They just want you to die. I won't even recommend this doctors to my worst enemy. Don't go to them.
