We rang Phil at lunchtime and he offered to come the same day, as his last job of the day. Very polite and friendly, obviously knew what he was doing, completely reseated and aligned our door, and fixed the opening mechanism. The difference in opening our door now is amazing. Highly recommend.

We called up following a lock failure with our patio doors. They were here within 20 mins, diagnosed the problem quickly but also explained what had gone wrong to us. The parts were available in his van and he had everything fixed and back together in no time. A professional, courteous and good value service.
