I think being a smaller dealership you get a better more personal and friendly level of service. Malcolm actually put in the effort to try and sell me a car, whereas other dealers I went to couldn't seem to care less if I bought a car or not.

Magna Mazda Poole always put the customer first, Barney, Simon,Gary, have always gone out there way to look after me, that’s why I always come back, I’m on my 18th car from them now, plus my 18 year old son has bought his first car and 2nd car here as he likes the way he is looked after.it’s not just when you bought the car that’s it, it’s not here as the after sales is superb.
