It’s fantastic to see the steps taken at Poole Bus Station to keep everyone safe. We particularly like the footprints on the ground, which will make queuing easier and clearer to ensure social distancing. Safety advice posters have been displayed on the notice boards for reference. Selected stands are out of use and departures are scheduled to leave from alternative locations than you may be used to - so it’s important to check before travelling.

Very friendly staff who are always willing to help. The only downside is the main front glass door is just so heavy, it is very hard to open if your disabled like I am. It would be more helpful to have an electronic front door.
When ever I go there the people are friendly and have got good customer service skills too!
They have good services, you can find the informations you need and buy what kind of pass /ticket you need.
