I couldn’t have asked for a better vets to look after my dog who sadly passed away a few days ago, so many thoughtful touches including a card sent to my address which I appreciated so so much. Tino had visited many times for various reasons including teeth cleaning and patella surgery and every single time they did such an amazing job. Thank you for being so patient, attentive, friendly and most of all thank you for taking care of my little boy over the years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Shelley, Hannah and the rest of the team that always remembered him when he came back.

I've used several vets over the years and have never had what I would call a 'bad' experience. However, I never really knew what a 'great' experience was either until I took my Greyhound Marty to Natterjacks Poole. Not only do they care for the animal, but the owner too. Something most practices neglect. I was greeted with professionalism and kindness and a genuine love of animals. The financial aspect of animal care is a real consideration (for me anyway) and that was something Dan (the vet) took time to help me with. I do not recommend lightly, but would absolutely recommend Natterjacks Poole. (So would Marty)
I feel like Natterjacks went from being really animal orientated to being really money orientated. These few visits didn't feel as welcoming or as caring, sadly. We have now moved vets and our boy is getting 5* care.
Cannot fault natterjacks! I have been coming here for a few years with my pets and the staff are always happy to help and welcomed with friendly smile. They really do want go out their way to help in anyway they can.
Great to have a vets that not only are very gentle and caring but actually takes the time to listen to me the owner.
