Went to show room following a number of phone calls re changing our car. Agreed a deal for a new Peugeot but was then told that finance company would add another 2,500 fee. This put the monthly repayments out of our range. So disappointing, we will go elsewhere to find our new car.

Just took delivery of our new electric 208. Very happy with the customer server received when ordering the car, keeping us up to date during the wait for delivery, and during the handover of the new car. Very happy with the car too.

Disappointing service from penton today. Very rude and abrasive manager who did not listen about our complaint about a car which was clearly misrepresented. Would not listen. Clearly uses high pressure sales tactics and bully's people into buying a car. Very unprofessional and not what you would expect..

Really disappointed with the service here. I took the day off work to test drive a car. After test driving we sat and waited for an hour to talk to someone(even though there were people sat round appearing to just work at their computer). Decided to go for lunch and come back. Eventually we managed to speak to the salesman who didn't managed to actually give us a quote and told us we should go elsewhere if we want to get a good deal. Probably the strangest experience I've ever had and annoying that I wasted a days holiday and drove an hour each way to get there and back
