I would like to share my experience visiting the pets practice at derby’s lane Poole today. I was awake all night due to my cat having breathing difficulties and being really unwell. I am on income support and had no money to are.pay for any vets bills bad I only get 75 a week and I felt as if I had let my 11 year old cat down and I thought she was going to die. I telephoned the vets spoke to a lovely friendly receptionist and explained my situation. The owner of the vets allowed to examine my cat although I had no money, I took out a payment plan and will pay them in February. I am not working had a major cancer operation in April and these professional people care. I can only be so grateful and can recommend this practice the vets are lovely and genuine and c

We absolutely are blown away by the fantastic staff and overall service provided by Pet Practice in Poole. Our highly anxious GSD literally hates vets, yet Anna K and Ben and all the Veterinary Nurses have been able to calm him down and make him feel safe. He had to have surgery for the first time this year and he was not traumatised. It is amazing. Thank you all at Pet Practice.

My doggy gets his yearly jabs, all external/internal deworming and occasional unplanned visits. Easy to book, super friendly staff -front desk and actual vets, never too packed in the waiting room, always running smoothly. My little scaredy-cat (dog) shivers every year at his jabs and he’s super reluctant to come out from under the seats as he knows jabs await but they always reassure and pet and feed and make him relax before going ahead with the jabs or exam or whatever is needed. We’ve never been rushed and my queries have never gone unanswered. I love this place and will keep coming back for all our future needs. Highly recommend

Very clean and modern with good air-conditioning. Good appointment system so never a lot of people or pets wanting. Allways had good service from vets and staff, they take their time to explain everything and make you feel reassured. Also prices are reasonable. I use them for our cat.

Over my years as a dog owner my pets have been registered with number of different veterinary practices, but none have made feel quite as welcome as the vets and staff at Pet Practice have done, where nothing seems to be too much trouble and where my dog seems to get VIP treatment. The professionalism and quality of care from those at Pet Practice is first rate, a fact that was recently demonstrated to me when my 20mth old Springer Spaniel dog was badly stung by a swarm of bees. The prompt action and follow-up support meant that the resulting trauma was minimised and thankfully he is now well on the way to making a full recovery. Throughout his treatment I have felt that he has received the very best of service from all those at Pet Practice, something for which I am very grateful for.
