I managed to get get myself locked in my front room and was having to get out the house by going through the back garden. Lee was recommended to me one evening and he showed up on time the next day. He sorted out the problem straight away and didn’t charge me a ridiculous call out charge. Highly recommend! Brilliant service and all covid restrictions followed!

Lee was excellent. My elderly mother had an insurance policy renewal that required a new front door lock to be fitted. Lee arranged to show my mum the choice of 2 locks. After her choice an appointment was made to renew her old lock. He was prompt, professional, and even brought his own Hoover to clear up after him. Mum felt safe and reassured by his professionalism.
