It was really refreshing and relaxing a good 30 minutes of going on a peddlo, kayak paddle bord and sail bout very enjoyable way to spend 30 minutes

They made me stand in my wet suit intil my hands turned blue. The food was terrible. My room was not clean and the shower head was fixed with tape. The coach's made fun of me and others. I do not recommend to anybody
