Son be 8 on 6april it was so mix staff what staff after birth doc delved baby was great but staff afterwards was terrible nit helpful or caring treated us badly senior consultant was great explan to me a lot son has infection je be ok rest of staff was rude was inyhere for 10days it was a nightmare one nurse was a bully made everyone cry i never slept she scream at me think she was odd glad it got better simce i was in there eith my son only child i have no gonna have any more plus we had a woman who was screaming most nights poor woman

We were so impressed by the maternity unit. The midwife and doctor who delivered our baby were amazing and so comforting, even though the birth didn't quite go to plan due to me ending up as high risk. They remained so calm and reassuring throughout, which really helped me not to worry and all in all it was a good experience and a positive memory. We had to stay in for 5 days after our son was born, which I was quite upset about, but every single member of staff was so lovely and wonderful that I felt quite sad saying bye to them when we left! They really did everything to make us feel comfortable and looked after and I'm so grateful to them for everything.

I can not thank all the staff at St Mary’s enough, they really did look after me through out my pregnancy, during the birth and when my son arrived. I had a planned c-section but ended up going into labour, I still had to have a c-section. All the midwives ensured I had everything I needed, pain relief and reassurance. I’ve had 2 previous c-sections in another hospital and by far this was the best and most relaxed c-section I’ve had. Everything was explained to me and was taken at my pace to ensure I was comfortable. My husband was able to be with me through everything and everything was also explained to him. The after care was by far the best and I was sent home with the pain relief that I needed. St Mary’s is really outstanding and I really can’t thank you everyone enough.

My daughter just delivered a 37 w baby after being at risk since 23 w. A fantastic job and a success for the staff.great service.thank you very much and God bless you all.
