Nice fresh pizzas. Pies looked really nice as well (Didn't have that) service was OK not great but was very busy. I'd recommend the the cider flight board.

Cider and Pizza I was tempted to give this place four stars, but that would be unfair. I was tempted to do that as this place specialises in cider and I really don't do cider. The pizza is great. The "pot of gold", a fondue of cheese and cider is fantastic. Even if you don't do cider. There is one craft beer on draft (a decent IPA today) plus lager. Lots of cider. They specialize in cider. If you like cider, this is THE place in Poole. If you don't, take someone who likes cider and eat the pizza. You'll enjoy the pizza, and they'll love the cider. Big on veggie and vegan. Dogs, tourists and locals all made welcome by the great staff. Don't go to Pizza Express, come here!
A friendly environment in a nice location on Poole Quay. With so many types of Cider available it is a little overwhelming choosing but the staff let you try them and are able to give advice. The food is alright - I had the festive pizza and it was lovely. The crumble isn't what I'd hoped for but it was a healthy style pudding. The service can be a little slow - we were the only table there and despite pre-ordering waited a little longer than expected. Overall a nice place for a drink and bite to eat.
It is what it is, very casual place selling pies, pizza, beer and cider. A little disappointed with the pie as it was a bit dry and lacked meat. Pizza's looked good though. My next visit was even more disappointing, only one pie option, so had no choice but to try the pizza but the one I chose and some others that my friends wanted you couldn't get as they ran out of chicken???? They were very tasty and I'm guessing as it's winter season with lack of staff and service that it improves as I like the concept of this place. Cider, pizza and pie what could go wrong eh??
A cozy place if you want to have a variety of ciders with friends. A good place to try pies, and though the pizzas are good, they are not exceptional. I do recommend a side of the herbed potato wedges though! They offer a lunch menu between noon to 3 pm and have a tuck-in tuesday offer from 5 pm - a pizza, side and a drink for 10. They also have live music on some nights.
First time here, lovely food & cider lovely staff
Having had a great experience before at this and other Stable restaurants, we went back to Poole for a meal for X5. We reserved a table which was upstairs on a Friday evening. Sadly on this occasion that staff, who suggested they were short-staffed, struggled to cope. It wasn't packed but they weren't able to get drinks to the table in 15 mins which was just not great - especially not *every* time. Food was a little slow but delicious as always. The waitresses were friendly but just couldn't manage to get things to us in good time. Something was missing from one meal so they kindly brought it out in a small bowl but then promptly charged us for it on the bill. We had to pay at the till rather than the table but only one member of staff could process it as it required a manager to remove the mistake. Bit disappointing all-in-all on this occasion. On the positive side, some staff members are very knowledge on their ciders and ales.
Very friendly staff lovely and welcoming. The fact they allow dogs is an added bonus! Great selection of ciders and a few ales too! Food always looks amazing so will definitely be back to try some of that. Had experience at your Bournemouth branch so I would imagine it’s as good if not better! Great choice if you’re in and around poole quay and fancy a drink and a bite to eat!
