We were so impressed by the work of James Braund and his team at Trethowans. He has spent over 4 years investigating a medical negligence claim on behalf of our child. Recently this has been concluded, it feels like we can now close this chapter of our lives and move forward. James was very understanding and compassionate. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and organised. We could not fault the impressive communication over the years, in what could have been a very overwhelming and confusing experience. Actions and processes were explained thoroughly and clearly, even more impressively through the pandemic and court proceedings etc. We would not hesitate to recommend James and the services of Trethowans.

I would like to highly commend James Braund and thank him most sincerely for his professionalism, patience, hard work and understanding in bringing my case to a successful conclusion. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he kept me fully informed at all times. Any query I had was answered promptly and he would guide me patiently through any points on which I was unsure. James is highly professional but at the same time he makes you feel as if you are a special client and his attitude was always a positive one. This was a tower of strength to me and it was so important to have had this support whilst going through a personally emotional time, after watching a loved one suffer and feeling so helpless.
