we bought our arctic spa tub over 10 yrs ago and have had nothing but great service and information even though we have since moved to France and taken the tub with us. Professional helpful people who go the extra mile... 10 yrs ago and going strong.. speaks for itself.

Started well after hot tub broke down after a few months but poor customer service lately, 7 calls made in apr/may to advise about another pump failure (appreciate during lockdown but left messages as instructed, just no response), more recently arranged for tub to be removed as moving house, promised it would be done no matter what and confirmed ok 4 times during july when we phoned to give updates as instructed. Just been informed they wont move it as agreed, we now have 4 working days before we move!!!! Clearly making more on new sales than they can make moving an existing customer. Very unprofessional

While they did not have the specific items that I wanted today (the reason for the lost star) they did say that they could supply the stuff but suggested a cheaper supplier as a better option for me. The gentleman at my request discussed my needs courteously and fully. Altogether a good experience even though no trade was done today. I will be going back.

So pleased with my new Arctic Summit! Richard at Wessex spas was really helpful as I had no idea what I was looking for in a Hot Tub, after speaking with him it really showed he knew his stuff and had a vast amount of knowledge about loads of difference spas. Great service from start to finish and nice to deal with the same person throughout the sale! Thanks so much to all the guys at Wessex Spas!!
