I usually dread going to most post offices because of the queues and staff members. However today when I went to this one, it was pretty good. The young lady behind the screen was well informed. I wasn’t sending the common generic parcel. Mine was for a lab and had a special Category B(biological substances) parcel that had to be delivered by the next day 1pm and she did the necessary checks. She was polite and friendly. Whilst I was there I also observed that other staff members were polite to other customers. It could be due to covid so it wasn’t so busy therefore the staff wasn’t so stretched so they could therefore provide more attentive good service than usual. Oh also they were starting to put up Christmas lights inside so hopefully that would help lighten everyones mood when they are waiting for their turn.

Very disappointed with the service received. rude, unfriendly and clueless staff. I've never been to any post office and had such a bad experience as this. Poor Service that is all I can say
Very busy, no provision for social distancing at all, poor store design and signage makes it difficult to know which queue to join.
Really helpful staff and also automated machines to use. Post offices are stressful in Covid times but they try to make things as orderly as possible.
The customer service there isn't that great. There's only one staff serving customers about their returns/delivery while the rest are at the counters. I wasn't provided with immediate assistance when I needed it.
Avoid at all costs if possible. I’ve used this place 3/4 times and never without issue. The staff are slow, rude and very condescending. I was spoken down to by a member of staff for not allowing him to walk off with my 1000 phone, bank card and ID. Queues are always out the door while staff sit talking, and above all else, they’ll try and up charge you by claiming packages are bigger than they are. On the last 2 occasions I’ve had them try and charge me for medium parcels when they’ve been small. It’s taken full heated arguments in front of the public and for them to get the actual size guides out for them to back down and for me to be charge the correct amount. Luckily I check before sending but others might not be so savvy and you’ll get stung. Additionally, watch out for them not handing over proof of postage for all items if you send multiples, and not insuring items for the correct amount asked for. All in all, please avoid and use a different branch.
Old workers used to work there they were friendly and helpful new workers now are useless they don't want to help any one if i ask them they just ignore new people need to change .
