I cannot rate highly enough my experience of visiting the Leeds branch. Ray was exceptional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble from ordering numerous samples , suggesting tiles , understanding my bathroom scheme and ordering more tiles quickly when I needed them - thank you Ray. The tiles are a superb quality (my tiler loves cutting Porcelanosa tiles ) and they are much more affordable than I thought! Truly a superb service.

We needed a new tile to replace one that we had cracked in our new bathroom. Ray the sales consultant and Cordelle the showroom manager for Porcelanosa Yorkshire went above and beyond in their level of customer service. They tracked down a tile at the Doncaster branch but as it was lockdown we couldn't collect. Cordelle arranged for the tile to be provided and delivered to our home, without charge. Thank you Porcelanosa for all of your assistance. Terrific, professional, friendly and efficient service.

The tiles arrived a little delayed presumably because of Covid Restrictions but in good condition with no damage. However the colour of them appears to be brown not the advertised silver, although textured as advertised

Absolue shambles. I have used Porcelanosa on a number of development and to date spent the best part of over 200k with them. I am now going to take them to court on the sheer basis their products are so cheap and faulty now and the way they conduct business is a joke. They just constantly blame Spain for delays or customer service. Their products are always missing parts, or faulty causing serious leaks and damage to property. The market has changed and there are far more superior high street brands than this cheap toot now. Richard Winn has left the Leeds branch with a trail of problems behind him and the new clueless replacement Cordelle Carr is about effective as a chocolate teapot. DO NOT USE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
